1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, courses, and programs offered by OlgaMirza.Ballet (hereafter “the School”). By registering for any activity, participants and/or their legal guardians agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Registration & Payment
- Registration is binding upon confirmation and requires a valid payment card.
- Payments are processed automatically via monthly instalments.
- No alternative payment methods are accepted.
Instalment schedule:
Payment is made in advance. Payment for the month is done on the 1st of that month.
Payment is divided into 11 monthly instalments over a season (there are no classes in July). A season starts in August and ends in June and follows this instalment plan:
- 1st instalment: Upon registration
- 2nd instalment: September 1
- 3rd instalment: October 1
- 4th instalment: November 1
- 5th instalment: December 1
- 6th instalment: January 1
- 7th instalment: February 1
- 8th instalment: March 1
- 9th instalment: April 1
- 10th instalment: May 1
- 11th instalment: June 1
* Please note that for season 2025/2026, the season starts on October 1st and ends in June. For this season, there will only be 9 instalments.
The month in which you register is always billed. Paid fees are non-refundable.
Sign-ups can be done any month during a season, subject to availability in the class.
3. Withdrawal & Cancellation
- Cancellation must be submitted by email to omb@olgamirza-ballet.com.
- The notice period is current month plus one month.
- Tuition already paid will not be refunded.
4. Class Attendance & Conduct
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
- Proper ballet attire and respectful behavior are required at all times according to our dress code.
- The School reserves the right to dismiss a student for repeated misconduct or disruption without financial compensation.
5. Changes to Schedule
- The School reserves the right to modify class times, locations, and instructors.
- In the event of illness or unforeseen absence of a teacher, a qualified substitute will be arranged where possible.
6. Force Majeure
If the School is unable or advised not to conduct in-person classes due to governmental restrictions or recommendations, classes will be transferred to online teaching via Teams or a similar digital platform.
This does not entitle students to any refund or other form of compensation.
7. Insurance & Liability
- Students participate at their own risk.
- The School accepts no liability for injuries sustained during classes or while on the premises.
- It is the responsibility of the student and/or guardian to ensure appropriate personal insurance coverage.
8. Use of Images & Media
- By enrolling, participants (or their guardians) consent to the use of photographs and video taken during classes or events for promotional and educational purposes.
- You may withdraw consent by written request.
9. Privacy
All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information is never shared with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the rules of the Danish legal system.
